This describes what Nevorai Technologies collects when you subscribe, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, entered when you subscribe.
- Which plan and product/website your subscription is for.
- Payment and billing status (active, pending, failed, cancelled) and the history of charges against your
subscription. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank account details - Razorpay handles payment
collection directly and is PCI-DSS compliant; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
2. How we use it
- To create and bill your subscription through Razorpay.
- To send you subscription and payment-related messages by WhatsApp and/or email - onboarding links, payment
confirmations, and notices if a payment fails.
- To respond if you contact us for support.
3. Who we share it with
Razorpay, to process your payment and mandate. Our WhatsApp/SMS and email providers, solely to deliver the
messages described above. We do not sell your information, and do not share it with anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for our own
billing and legal records.
5. Your choices
Contact us (see Contact Us) to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it,
or to ask that it be deleted once your subscription has ended.
