These terms govern your subscription with Nevorai Technologies ("we", "us", "our") for ongoing website, application, or maintenance services delivered to you. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
A subscription grants continued access to the specific website, application, or maintenance service Nevorai Technologies has built or maintains for you, at the plan and monthly amount shown when you subscribed. Exact scope of work is whatever was agreed between you and Nevorai Technologies directly, separately from this page.
Subscriptions are billed automatically every month via Razorpay, to the payment method you authorize when you subscribe. The amount charged is the plan price in effect on your billing date. We will tell you in advance of any price change to your plan before it takes effect.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at Teamnevorai@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing cycle, which runs to its end as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a monthly charge fails and continues to fail on retry, your subscription may be marked declined and the associated service paused until payment is resolved. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you when this happens.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscribed service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
